Online Movie Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

Movie Ticket Collection:

A Movie Ticket purchased online at website stadiumcinema.com.au must be collected at the premises Ticket Box. The Booking Confirmation email – either printed form or on your digital device - must be presented at the premises Ticket Box. Following, your Movie Ticket in alignment with said Booking Confirmation will then be issued to you. Your now issued Movie Ticket must be presented to the cinema Usher, to gain entry to the movie screening specified on your Movie Ticket.

Concessions and Identification Requirement:

A Senior Movie Ticket and a Student Movie Ticket purchased online at website stadiumcinema.com.au are Concession Movie Tickets. The person the Senior Movie Ticket is purchased for must have and must present their Valid Government issued Senior’s Card at same time of Movie Ticket Collection. The person the Student Movie Ticket is purchased for must have and must present their Valid Student Card at same time of Movie Ticket Collection. Failure to present the said required valid card will result in the applicable Movie Tickets being forfeited.

Booking Fee:

A Booking Fee will apply to each Movie Ticket purchased online at website stadiumcinema.com.au.

Seat Allocation:

Where allocated seating is applicable, seat reservation for a Movie Ticket purchased online at website stadiumcinema.com.au is on a best available basis. A seat is allocated by a computer program or can be selected by the customer at time of purchase.

By purchasing a Movie Ticket online at website stadiumcinema.com.au you agree that:

(a) you will accept the seat reserved for each movie ticket purchased;

(b) Stadium 4 Cinema, Leongatha make no warranties nor representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat and/or row in the relative cinema auditorium; and

Movie Screening Cancellations:

Stadium 4 Cinema, Leongatha may due to issues outside its control and/or at its sole discretion cancel a movie screening(s). A Movie Ticket purchased online at website stadiumcinema.com.au for a cancelled movie screening will be refunded to the person who purchased said Movie Ticket; upon the request of a refund being made by said person.

Refunds:

A Movie Ticket purchased online at website stadiumcinema.com.au is expressly non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not available for exchange, unless required by law. A Movie Ticket Booking Fee is strictly non-refundable.
